POP celebration started out with Ann being...well, herself as usual.
Before the actually ceremony. Note: She was the only section leader who carried her POP stuff around, while walking along the corridor. Hehehheh :D Omg I'm gonna miss the silly stuffs you do during Band prac! ):
After noms, section picture with sec ones! :D...before setting off to Plaza Sing where we met Joy and Valery! :D After eating at Pastamania, we went Carrefour to buy food for the supposed picnic the next day!
Zomg the travellator is so cool manzz. Hehehheh :D

The next day we went to Vivo City! And since it started raining, we changed plans and watched a movie instead! :D
All in all, we had FUN (despite the cancellation of sentosa, yes we initially planned to go there ann, you win you win :D)!And I'm sure Ann had truckloads worth too! :D Hahahah we'll certainly miss you (and your weirdness :D)! Thank you for all the things you've done for us and the flute section! We'll never forget you, and I hope you won't forget us (or James) too! :D

Jubilate VI was wonderful-awesome-fantastically wow.
I didn't screw up my part! :D
...which gave me such a powerful boost (!) in morale! :D Especially since these days I've been feeling rather sad.

Thank you all of you who gave me such pretty flowers! :D Especially the ones with the small tubes of water at the end! Hahahah it must have been real ex /: And special thanks to choo! Who made it in the end! :D I still can't believe you came though. You've been hearing the same songs over and over again, but yet you still willing paid that $30 and came to support us! Yay thank you hahah! :D
Joy came! And Valery! They looked the same. Nothing changed much hahah. See sum, people go JC never change as much as you did hahah (:
VJ Concert tonight. Time to feel inferior again. Hahha oh man I'm getting so sad-dish and pessimistic again! The farmer needs to sign up for meditation classes. Just like LeTian omg. Hahaha :D

I didn't know my timing. After those 6 horrendous rounds, I just totally blanked out. My head was throbbing incessantly and I had to sit down. Being 15th ain't a good thing, I think. How in the world can shifu make wonders with maths, and yet at the same time, finish first for the six rounds? Some things in life aren't fair /:

All I can say is,
Do I really think I've could've performed so well, well enough to hit my expectations? Especially since my expectations (I just realised), are a tad too unrealistic.
So, I'm quite glad and satisfied in a way. The "examiners" were SO much more friendly than the MEP orchestra ones. They actually laughed and joked with one another O: But the bad thing is, one of them was a flute player /:
Nevermind.
I shall stop being negative.

VJ Strings concert last night! (:
Hahaha HongLan and James were so surprised to see me. Yeah you guys better be touched! I had band camp in the morning and no time to sleep enough leh! Hhahaah :D
The concert was so cool lah. They played stuff like Pirates, Phantom of the Opera and some Tom and Jerry song that sounded so familiar. And some representatives from the VJ Band joined the VJ Strings to play as one orchestra! The brasses really created the grand, majestic effect. Especially for Pirates and the Phantom of the Opera! :D :D

...was organised by the sec three squad this year! :D
It was overall quite okay despite some minor problems (refers to night games and food and noise level) yay!
Nominations I could've done so much better (with reference to my playing) /: Ann gave me Jericho. I thought she would give me the solo part to play since Joy did during her noms, but she didn't! And in the end, she tested me on "Victory"! And caught me off-guard. Hahaha :D Sight-reading was harder than I expected. I thought you would give me chorale! ): Hahahah. It was in D major, which isn't what we usually play ): The drills and the question part was surprisingly not that hard too. Except that the nervous enzymes were all at their optimum temperature at that time. (Oh man oh man bio! I'm turning into a nerddd, just like what amanda prophesized!
Sandy was right though. Being first has its advantages. The moment I started climbing up the right staircase, I felt as if an immense load was taken off my shoulder. And then I started to radiate happiness.

OHOHOH! I almost forgot!
The flutes section became re-united yesterday night! :D
Everybody turned up in the end! Including sum! And sam! And choo! Hahaha! :D We took many many pictures and hugged many many times goodbye. Awww I wanna see you guys again! Next friday! Can't wait for Jubilate mannnn! :D :D
Night Games ...was rather okay. Except that I thought that we weren't scary enough hahaah. We need to be scarier next time! :D My station was so scary though. The toilet was full of gigantic flies that play dead, then suddenly fly towards you! And not to forget...the lizards!! Lizards the length of your thumb to your last finger! When stretched to its max! O:
Day Games Was better than night games (according to some people). Much better communication and no so many traffic jams occured. Heehee charades was quitevery fun. ESPECIALLY THE PART WHEN A CERTAIN SOME ONE HAD TO DANCE FOR US. It was rather *cough*entertaining*cough* :D :D I'm so sorry that Sandy felt so harrassed after that! Go for counselling! It'll helps loads! :D :D
All in all, it was a great and rather enriching camp. Gave us a taste of what it's like when the seniors are not in charge /:

I mean how can you not test the functions of carbohydrates and water and proteins and the components of protoplasm etc etc! I mugged so hard leh and when I finally managed to memorise and remember it, you test me on "less mug, more understanding" type of questions! ): Aiyah I feel so cheated mann ): Tsktsk. Even zhangdi came out smiling leh. SMILING. Not emoing (like what she usually spends doing heh :D). Oh wait, you're gonna see this post. Hahaha I don't really mind (:

Flute's a portable instru. No wonder I'm supposed to go /: Aiyah zhang if only saxophones were as small (and cute) as flutes! Hahhaha but never in a thousand years mann, especially the cute part. Hahahha! :D
T___ was being irritating as usual.
Picture this:
Choir singing so awesome-ly, perfectly and prettily (hahah), and all the nice words that end with ____ly. Everyone walking in the correct order (i think), trying to listen to the choir's wonderful superb voices...then
"STOPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!" (in a high-pitched, a little nasal voice)
Everyone stops and turns around, to find T____ practically shouting into the mike and frowning, oh so deeply. Like D:

Entry title: Sec 3 Leadership Camp!

…was held at the MOE Jalan Bahtera campsite this time. Thank goodness not St Johns Island, although that would mean getting more edible food and more “rough-it-out”-ness :D Camp was still awesome though.
Unlike St Johns Island peeps, we got dry rafting (instead of kayaking) and food portions the size of your fist (instead of packed food). But that’s okay, cos both the seniors and us got to get bitten by crazed mosquitos, see lizards all over walls, floors and ceilings, and weird creepy-crawlies that can fly, jump, hop and buzz or whatever they do, at the same time O:
We got split in halves, first half of the class was called "Stockholm" and we were called "Berlin". Somewhere in Germany I think hahah. But so sad lah, we couldn’t sleep in the same hut ):
Oh the hut.
It was sad. Oh it was sad.

I know I may sound a little spoilt saying this. But I have to say it anyway. THE HUT WAS FRIGGIN’ HOT. SWELTERING HOT. And yet they told us to bring a sweater, just in case, cos “the night can get really cold”. What sarcasm. Oh wait. It’s cos prolly they never slept in our huts before. Their air-cons in the staff rooms were prolly adjusted to 10 degrees D: But the funny thing is, once we wake up in the morning at 6am, the weather was so cooling.
Rope challenge was the usual. Did it in P5 before so I thought there wasn’t anything that special hahah. BUT. I had to climb sideways on some rock wall thing hanging in the air and one of the rocks were lose. And that happened to be my first step ): Thank goodness I made it alive! O:
Ahhh my nose and cheeks are sunburnt ): It's red eew. And my eyelids look weird. And for some reason, Ying Tong said hers do too O:
All in all, it was a rather memorable and wonderful camp. Thank you to all of you guys who made it such a success yay! :D

Went out with Sandy to watch 17 Again today.
She said it was a nice show. I thought it was (quite disturbing) okay. Heh :D
That girl in the show looks exactly like the girl who acted in the educational show on Hallmark. What's the name. Oh "She's Too Young", or "She's Very Young" or something like that I forgot hahaha. Seriously lah.
